Shipping & Returns

Confirmation of Order

Once our system receives your order, we will pre-authorize your credit or debit card for the payment.  You will also receive an email from us confirming your order.

We will begin processing your order soon after it has been received.  If an item is back-ordered or unavailable, we will revoke the authorization and notify you through email.

If you have selected an in-stock item, we will process the payment and have the items shipped to you within 1–5 business days.

Shipment of Order

When your product is sent, tracking information will be emailed to your email address within 24 hours.

Charges of Shipping

All orders receive free shipping. We provide fast shipping – within 1 – 5 business days.

Cancellation of Orders

We cannot ensure that an order may be cancelled or changed after it has been submitted due to the fast pace at which we process orders. We will, nevertheless, try our utmost to facilitate you. If your product has already been dispatched and you still want to return it, it will be addressed in compliance with our Return Policy.

Refunds/Returns

1. Damaged or Broken Items:

Our goal is to ensure that your purchases arrive in perfect condition. If your shipment arrives broken or damaged, here's what to do:

  • Check packages extensively at the goods' delivery time. At the time of delivery, all faults, shortfalls, or defects must be reported on the receipt of the delivery
  • Make sure the driver stays for you to inspect the package and write any problem on the receipt of the delivery. In the unfortunate case where a driver refuses to wait, add "Driver Refused Inspection" on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Please take photographs of the damaged goods and email them to returns@homeofficestyles.com so that we may file an insurance claim on your account.
  • Send an email to returns@homeofficestyles.com within 24 hours if you get broken or defective goods.
  • Home Office Styles will take care of the settlement for any damaged or faulty products you purchase.

2. Incorrect Product Delivered

In the odd event that we ship you the incorrect item, we will return it at our expense and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

3. Change of Mind

Many of our site's products can be returned, but some cannot. Please see the Shipping & Returns tab on each page of the product for further information about returns for each product you wish to purchase.

If you want to return a product, please inform us within 48 hours after your decision. Returnable items will be handled in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Return permission must be sought within two days of the delivery date. To obtain and get a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please reach out to us at returns@homeofficestyles.com.
  • Your RMA number should be provided with the returned merchandise.
  • Do not try to return a product until you have an RMA number.
  • When you obtain an RMA, simply return the product and contact us with the RMA and tracking information so that we can monitor your product shipment.
  • You need to send the product to the given address at your expense to get a refund.
  • All returned item(s) should be in "New" condition when they arrive at our warehouse. The item should be repacked exactly as it was received by the warehouse. All attachments with your order should be returned as well. Furthermore, all items, boxes, parts, and so on should be taped and fastened in the same way they were originally transported by us.
  • Returned products are subject to a 25% charge of restocking.

These products are not returnable:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items that are customized.
  • Any item which is broken or has missing pieces for causes other than our negligence.
  • Items that you have previously used.
  • Products for which a return claim is not made within the first two days of delivery.
  • Products marked as non-returnable.

Exchanges

We only exchange products that are faulty or broken. If you want something other than what you bought, it must be treated as a return. Check the policy on "Returns" above.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be provided exclusively to the mode of payment used while purchasing, excluding any charges or fees. Within a few days of processing, the return will be credited to your credit card or to the mode of payment used while placing the order.
